On Wednesday, October 26th, Residence Life presented its annual Spooky Sex Wellness Fair! This fair is about getting into the spirit but also staying safe while doing so as Halloween is slowly approaching. I had the pleasure of attending this fair and explaining everything you could do if you could not make it!

Encouraging Boards & Games

The fair included multiple different project boards with a variety of different topics. One of the boards discussed healthy relationships and what is considered good or bad in a relationship. The next one, “Genitalia 101,” discussed both male and female genitals and interesting facts about them. Also featured was “Assume The Position?” which is a matching game that shows multiple positions and different names for each of them.

What can we learn from LGBTQ+ relationships?

Lastly, one poster discussed what we all can learn from LGBTQ+ relationships. There was even a game with a tissue and a plunger. I’ll let your imagination run wild with that!

Raffles, Candy, and Condoms

The fair also had two different types of raffles. One raffle was guessing the number of condoms in a bowl. Do you think you could’ve guessed correctly?

Right after guessing, you were able to dip your hand into a bowl of goodies to see what could happen after that spooky Halloween night and learn different tips on what to do with certain situations from the Health Department!

The other raffle was filled with different types of prizes in the categories of Empowerment, Self-Care, and Date Night!

As you are continuing to each activity, you could also get free condoms from the Trojan Man!

Remember safe sex is the best way to go! Happy Halloween and be safe!
