Food For You to Try: Pea Salad

Whenever I visited him in Florida, he was always in the kitchen creating different recipes for people to enjoy. We used to call him a Dump Cook because he had a gift of throwing whatever he could find in the fridge and the pantry together, and make a wonderful meal from it. I would like to share with everyone my Papa’s family famous pea salad because everyone in my family loves it! It’s a quick and easy recipe to follow, and I am sure others will enjoy the dish as well.
