On Thursday, April 24th, 2025, students showcased their scholarly and creative work to the McKendree community. Many students presented across a variety of subjects and disciplines and performed in a manner of exceeded achievement. Anyone who participated in this honorary celebration should feel very proud of themselves.

In-person presentations were from 10:00 a.m. – 11:50 a.m.

Various honors society inductions were held from 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
To top it all off, the AEC Music Concert featured Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, and Percussion Ensemble. The students involved performed a wonderful concert.

Grace Gross is one of the Lead Editors for the McKendree Review. She is a third-year Communication major, pursuing a minor in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Grace is heavily involved in extracurricular activities on and off campus. She is a Student Academic Mentor for Student Success and Residence Life. She holds the position of Public Relations Officer for the Psychology Club. In addition, she plays the clarinet in the McKendree Concert Band. Grace is also the Color Guard Captain for the Spirit of McKendree. Grace enjoys spending time with her friends and listening to music and reading in her free time. She is very excited for all of the upcoming opportunities McKendree has to offer.
Isabella Brand is a writer for the McKendree Review. She is a first-year student majoring in accounting and is involved in many extracurriculars on campus. In her free time, Isabella enjoys learning to longboard, drawing, and watching movies. She hopes to take advantage of all the experiences McKendree has to offer and enjoy her time here.
